Allindia.com, promoted by the Calcutta-based Vedika Software, has privately placed five per cent of its equity with the Singapore based Kawamin Pacific Pte Ltd. at a consideration of around Rs 3 crore. The company is also talking to three US-based companies for further dilution of the promoters’ shareholding, Arvind Agarwalla, founder of the company said. Allindia.com, which was set up four years back, has recently been valued at Rs 60 crore by Ernst & Young.
