India Internet Pvt. Ltd, promoted by Arvind Agarwalla, will henceforth be known as Allindia.com Pvt Ltd. The move is aimed to re-align the company’s corporate branding with their portal www.allindia.com.

Sandeep Todi, the research and development (R&D) director at Vedika Software Private Limited (VSPL) and the main man behind the Vedika products, FACT and PERKS, has been appointed the new chief executive officer (CEO) of Allindia.com.

"Allindia.com is set to take advantage of all the expertise it has developed in building its own sites and e-business solutions for our clients" said Todi.

Some of its consultancy clients include Uco Bank, Allahabad Bank, Jenson & Nicholson, Esab India, Tata Steel and Bengal Ambuja among others. The company has embarked on a clear strategy to partner new entrants in the Internet space by building portals and vortals for clients who are keen to exploit their domain knowledge and expertise, looking beyond developing corporate web site.

"We shall soon be announcing some major work we are undertaking in the business-to-business (B2B) and the portal space" said Todi.

"Web consultancy revenues will rise and by more than 400 per cent this year" said director Arvind Agarwalla.
