Allindia.com tracking system for Tata Steel

Allindia.com Ltd, a Web consulting company, has developed an online tracking system for Tata Steel. Implementation of the system is aimed at a facilitating the steel major’s online customer support initiatives.

According to Mr Sandeep Todi, CEO of Allindia.com Ltd, the system has been designed to facilitate integration of Tata Steel’s ERP (enterprise, resource & planning) system with the Internet.

"Tata Steel’s ERP system has been Web-enabled and the data from the system is presented to customers online in more ways than one," he told Business Line.

Following integration of the system, customers can find out online the status of orders placed by them.

Besides, the initiative enables customers to procure information pertaining to payment details, debit and credit status etc.
