At Allindia, we believe that 'All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy' and hence maintain a culture which is 'strictly' relaxed. Not that we defy rules in any way, but we like to maintain a balance between work and play. This obviously helps us to produce quality work - always. While we never forget to celebrate a colleague's birthday, we never forget our Morning Meetings as well! We believe in a different kind of discipline - a discipline that gives our mind enough freedom to think, create and then implement for the benefit of your brand.
We encourage research and reading. We have a book repository at our office premise as well as corporate membership to some very good libraries in Kolkata. All Allindians are encouraged to read and augment their knowledge. We don't forget to add an element of fun in our work and that's the reason why we remain alert and active even under conditions of stringent deadline.
